A diagnosis fee may apply for a technician visit, as indicated on our website or communicated at the time of booking. The final repair cost will be shared with you for approval before any repair work begins. Prices quoted on the website are indicative and may vary after physical inspection of the appliance.
Payment for services is due upon completion of the repair, unless otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods communicated by our technician or customer support team at the time of service.
We use genuine or brand-approved spare parts wherever possible. Repairs are covered by a 30-day service warranty against the same reported issue, unless the fault results from misuse, unauthorized repair by a third party, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. Warranty does not cover new, unrelated faults that develop after the service.
You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by contacting us at least a few hours before the scheduled visit. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect future bookings.
While we take care to perform all repairs professionally, Chennai Home Solution is not liable for pre-existing damage, issues arising from the general age or condition of the appliance, or losses beyond the value of the service provided, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
